Before development begins, J.S.P. helps each client select the delivery model that best matches their ownership, billing, payment, support, and long-term management expectations.
A custom website or business app the client expects to own and control.
The client owns and pays for the production workspace, domain, payment account, integrations, subscriptions, and business data. J.S.P. remains a collaborator or administrator under the applicable project agreement or care plan.
Fixed-price projects where J.S.P. builds the website or app first and transfers it into the client's workspace before launch or after final approval.
J.S.P. builds in a controlled development environment. After testing and written acceptance, the project is moved to the client's production workspace and ownership is transferred.
Clients who want J.S.P. to operate more of the environment and prefer a higher-touch monthly managed service.
The website or app remains in a J.S.P.-managed workspace. J.S.P. pays applicable platform expenses and bills the client under a clearly defined monthly managed-service agreement.
Website hosting location does not automatically make J.S.P. the seller, merchant of record, tax collector, or owner of the client's customer payments.
Clients who need access to a repeatable system or niche solution that J.S.P. owns and operates.
J.S.P. owns the reusable core system. The client pays an implementation, licensing, or subscription fee for access.
A genuine marketplace or software platform where payment and transaction architecture are part of the core product.
J.S.P. operates a formal platform-payment structure that may include connected business accounts and properly disclosed platform or application fees.
This option is not a standard website-design arrangement. It should only be offered after the project receives appropriate professional and technical review.
"I am purchasing a custom website or app that my business will own."
"I want J.S.P. to handle the website every month."
"I only need access to a system J.S.P. already operates."
"I want a platform that collects or routes transaction fees."
The Revenue-Share Platform option is not a standard website-design arrangement. It should only be offered after the project receives appropriate professional and technical review. J.S.P. does not guarantee revenue, traffic, search rankings, merchant-account approval, or uninterrupted third-party service.
