J.S.P. builds websites and business apps across a wide range of needs — from simple informational sites to complex client portals, e-commerce, and internal tools.
From discovery through launch and long-term support — every phase is deliberate.
Final services, deliverables, platform requirements, third-party expenses, estimated timeline, and pricing are confirmed in the client's written proposal.
Final scope, pricing, timeline, and deliverables are established in the written proposal and service agreement.
Third-party platform fees, subscriptions, APIs, domains, payment-processing expenses, email services, and usage overages are separate unless expressly included.
Platform providers may change their pricing, features, policies, availability, or eligibility requirements.
J.S.P. does not guarantee revenue, traffic, search rankings, merchant-account approval, app-store approval, or uninterrupted third-party service.
The client should generally own the production workspace, domain, merchant account, payout account, business email, and business-specific third-party accounts.
J.S.P. retains ownership of its pre-existing templates, reusable components, prompts, processes, methods, and frameworks unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The client's customer payments should go to the client-owned merchant account unless the project is a properly structured platform arrangement.
Projects involving regulated or highly sensitive information may require additional legal, privacy, security, or technical review.
The stabilization period covers qualifying defects in the agreed scope—not new features or changed requirements.
Ongoing assistance after stabilization requires an active care plan, prepaid support hours, or a separate enhancement agreement.
